We are seeking a Sous Chef to join the team at a 2 AA Rosette pub with rooms, serving fresh, seasonal dishes and elevated pub classics. Working within a brigade of 8, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious chef with a strong background who is ready to take the next step in their career.

? The Role

  • Supporting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management
  • Involvement in menu development and maintaining AA standards
  • Learning and developing the administrative and operational side of running a kitchen
  • Leading and inspiring the team in the Head Chef’s absence
