Domestic Abuse Helpline & Intake Worker – Wakefield District Domestic Abuse Service (WDDAS)Pay rate to £19.91 per hour Contract roleWe are recruiting for an experienced Domestic Abuse Helpline & Intake Worker to work in aDomestic Abuse Service in Wakefield.Provide the first point of contact for victims of domestic abuse via helpline and referral intake. Responsible for triaging referrals, assessing risk and needs, and coordinating immediate safety responses. Work collaboratively within a multi-agency team to deliver high-quality support, prioritising those at highest risk. Duties include initial assessments, safety planning, signposting, data management, and contributing to service development.
