We are seeking professional, personable, and proactive Concierges to join the team at a newly built residential development in South East London. Concierge - Residential Development (South East London)Salary: £32,000 per annumShifts: Day or Night roles available

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm welcome to residents and guests, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times

• Monitor security systems and conduct regular site checks to maintain a safe environment

• Manage deliveries, post, and contractors coming onto site

• Assist residents with day-to-day enquiries and building-related support

• Maintain the concierge desk and communal areas to a high standard

Requirements:

• Previous concierge, hospitality, or customer service experience is desirable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to remain calm and professional in all situations

• A proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving
