We are looking for a stand-out Assistant Floor Manager who will play an absolutely integral part of driving high volume service on the floor. You are people focused, engaged, and a great leader to your team! Creating amazing service is part of your DNA and something you love to instil into your team on a daily basis.

The ideal Assistant Floor Manager will have:

• A genuine passion for service and guest experience
• Previous experience at Supervisor level
• Superb staff management and motivation skills
• A love for staff training and progression
• Bags of energy and a 'Can Do' attitude
• Excellent food and drinks knowledge
