As a VIP Experience Ambassador you will be the first point of contact for our VIP guests, ensuring their journey with us is seamless, discreet, and unforgettable. From pre arrival planning through to post departure follow up, you will anticipate needs, personalise experiences, and deliver Nobu’s crafted hospitality with warmth and precision.

You will:

  • Create a welcoming and lasting first impression for all VIP guests
  • Manage arrivals, check ins, and check outs with a personable and discreet approach
  • Anticipate guest needs, gather preferences, and ensure all details are captured in OPERA
  • Liaise with Concierge, Housekeeping, and other teams to ensure every element of the stay is flawless
  • Prepare and oversee VIP room checks, suite set ups, amenities, and personalised touches
  • Handle guest queries and feedback confidently, resolving issues with professionalism and care
  • Build lasting relationships with VIP guests through thoughtful communication and follow up
  • Strive for excellent guest reviews by delivering personalised and seamless service

What We’re Looking For
You bring experience in luxury hospitality or guest relations, with a strong understanding of reservations systems such as OPERA. You are discreet, proactive, and detail oriented, with the confidence to make decisions that enhance the guest journey. With excellent communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine smile, you create meaningful connections with guests while leading by example for the wider team.
