Salary: £12.61 per hour plus gratuities

As a Chef de Rang, you will passionate about delivering a great dining service to our guests. You will be passionate about service and inspire your team with your ability to positively impact a guest experience as a result of your dedication and passion to create a memorable customer experience.

In this role you will provide consistent levels of excellent service, you will be courteous, professional, and have a passion for what we do.

Some duties and responsibilities include;

• In conjunction with the F&B Manager and Assistant F&B Manager, you will ensure the highest of standards are in place and a professional service at all times in our dining areas.

• Provide a memorable customer experience.

• Assist with the day to day running of the department and deputising in the absence of the Assistant Restaurant Manager.

• Have an excellent knowledge of the preparation and content of all dishes on the restaurant menu and be able to advise guest when they are ordering, taking care to note special requests.

• Ensuring all literature available for our guests and have sound knowledge on calorific values and basic nutrition in order to advise guests on their menu choices
