As Business Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the M&E team with data-driven insights and strategic analysis. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities for operational improvement, support forecasting and planning, and ensure our decision-making is backed by robust data.

This role has become available following an internal promotion and we’re excited to find someone who can bring fresh energy and expertise to the position.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse commercial performance across Meetings & Events and provide actionable insights.
• Support the development and implementation of forecasting tools and dashboards.
• Collaborate with IT and operational teams to streamline reporting processes.
• Lead on data integrity and ensure accuracy across all reporting platforms.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders and contribute to strategic planning.

We’re looking for someone with:

• A strong background in Meetings & Events (M&E) or hospitality analytics.
• Proven experience in business analysis, data interpretation and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
• A proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with forecasting tools is a plus.
