ABOUT THE ROLE 

The Crystal Moon Lounge Host is responsible for creating a welcoming first impression for guests as they enter the lounge and restaurant. The Host plays a crucial role in managing guest arrivals, coordinating reservations, and ensuring that the dining areas are smoothly and efficiently organized.
This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage guest expectations while maintaining the highest standards of service. The Host is expected to embody the company's core values of heart, head, and hands, including being supportive, connected, refined, caring, genuine, positive, focused, creative, and entrepreneurial. This role is key to providing a seamless and exceptional experience for all guests.

 

ABOUT YOU 

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role in a luxury hospitality setting (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • A professional and polished appearance with attention to personal grooming.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality
  • Good level of written and spoken English
  • Flexibility to work varied hours
  • Takes pride in own professional grooming
  • Ability and resilience to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Pride and attention to detail in your work
  • Confidence & professionalism when interacting with high profile guests
  • A qualification or certification in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
