The Holiday Inn Brentford Lock nestled overlooking the scenic waterways of the Grand Union Canal. This four-star hotel is located in west London and has been created for comfort and style and offers a warm and welcoming service to all guests. The hotel has 6 modern meeting rooms and 134 en-suite bedrooms; it is the first in Europe to have a revolutionary open lobby concept. With good transports link, the hotel can be easily accessed by public transport. Brentford train station is about 10 minutes' walk to the hotel. Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Guest Sevice Supervisor - Reception to support the day to day running of the operations and supervising the Reception team to deliver first class customer service experience for our guests. A Guest Service Supervisor (GSS), must oversee the running of a shift and ensure that the Guest Services Assistants are managing their task lists accordingly.

Role in our Family

As a Guest Service Supervisor, key to your role is:

• Support the Reception Manager in implementing strategies to achieve or exceed the Hotel and department KPIs
• To support and nurture potential development opportunities within the team
• Always seek feedback from guests on a regular basis and implement actions where required
• Identify ways to motive team members
• Maintain good communication and work relationships in all hotel area
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
