We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to join our team and lead our vibrant bar operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of conferences, meetings, and events from concept to completion.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction at every stage.
  • Develop detailed event proposals, budgets, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to deliver seamless event operations.
  • Oversee event setup, breakdown, and on-the-day logistics.
  • Monitor and manage events to meet financial targets.
  • Ensure all events comply with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Train, mentor, and lead the events team to achieve excellence.
  • Drive innovation and creativity to enhance the hotel’s events offering.
