Jubilee is recruiting an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at a prestigious, fast-paced hotel in the heart of the Cotswolds.

This exciting site offers multiple outlets, including a fresh food restaurant, bar kitchens, and a thriving conference and wedding operation – making it a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef who thrives in a varied and dynamic environment.

You’ll be leading and developing a team of up to 10 chefs, so proven experience managing a large brigade is essential. This is a flagship property for a national company, offering excellent career progression and attractive perks.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven track record as a Head Chef in a multi-outlet operation
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Experience delivering high-quality food across both casual and large-scale functions
• A full driving licence and own transport
