The Role

As a Guest Reservations Agent at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, you will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, shaping the beginning of their journey with us. With warmth, attentiveness, and precision, you will guide guests through their booking enquiries, ensuring every interaction reflects Nobu’s crafted approach to hospitality.

You will:

• Handle reservations and enquiries with efficiency and a genuine, friendly manner
• Anticipate guest needs, tailoring bookings to create personalised experiences
• Share expert knowledge of room types, availability, and services to upsell appropriately
• Support department targets through thoughtful recommendations and proactive solutions
• Build strong relationships, recognising and remembering repeat guests
• Suggest new ways of working to improve service, efficiency, and guest satisfaction
• Act as a true Nobu ambassador, embodying our values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro in every interaction

What We’re Looking For

You bring experience in reservations, guest services or luxury hospitality, with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people. You are organised, detail focused and proactive, with the confidence to upsell and the creativity to surprise and delight. Above all, you have an open heart, a collaborative spirit and a genuine smile that makes guests feel at home from the very first call or email.
