Salary: £42,000 plus service charge

Your main responsibility will be to support the Executive Chef in their vision for the department and create items that leave our guests knowing they have had memorable food.

Other key responsibilities include;

• Using your creativity, experience and flair create exceptional pastry items and desserts.
• Manage your section of the kitchen to the highest standard.
• Use fresh ingredients and the current season to create items that not only taste delicious but look divine.
• Have a good understanding of the nutritional value of our deserts especially when developing our spa offering
• Lead by example, motivate and train at every opportunity.
