Head Housekeeper

Fantastic opportunity for a top Head Housekeeper to join an UHNW family in Central London. This is a hands-on role, leading a small team of housekeepers and working alongside the House Manager. You’ll take a hands-on approach to keeping the house in excellent order, managing cleaning, wardrobe care, and overall household organisation. Dog lovers welcome—two lovely dogs are part of the household!

We are looking for a proactive, polished professional with exceptional standards who thrives in a leadership role with hands-on duties.

Duties to include:

• Lead, supervise, and train a small housekeeping team
• Maintain daily cleaning to the highest standards
• Manage laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care
• Support household organisation and ad hoc errands
• Liaise with the House Manager, family, and wider household staff

Requirements:

• Proven experience in private households
• Exceptional attention to detail and high standards
• Experience training and mentoring junior staff
• Professional, discreet, and proactive approach

Days/hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 18:00
