What you'll do

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our colleagues & our guests:

• You will be assisting the Restaurant Manager in managing the day to day operations of the Promenade, our beautiful afternoon tea room.  You will be required to plan ahead to ensure we are set up to deliver success, this will include looking at upcoming bookings, liaising with the relevant department for any special requirements from the guest and working closely with the team to ensure they are in a position to deliver great service to the guest.
• You will take full ownership of any guest challenges with the aim that we resolve this immediately and recover their experience. You will know how to deal with uncomfortable situations and you will be able to think on your feet and live the spirit of kindness and generosity before process when dealing with difficult situations
• Some of your duties will include coaching and developing your team to raise the level of service, maintain the highest standards, as well as interacting with guests to make sure they receive the best experience possible.
