Internal Verifier / IQA - Hospitality

• For candidates based within an eligible London borough: £33,500 - £36,500 (for candidates based within a London borough, inclusive of location uplift) 
• For candidates based outside of the eligible locations: £30,000 - £33,000

Type: Full Time, PermanentTo apply, candidates must hold the below qualifications and experience;

• Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
• Must hold a recognised Teaching qualification: PTLLS/AET or equivalent.
• Ideally hold a recognised IQA qualification.
• Must have experience of delivering Hospitality Apprenticeships.
• Must possess solid, occupational experience within the Hospitality sector.
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people. 
• Must be flexible with travel across London. 

Role duties;

• Internal Verification / Quality Assurance of Hospitality Apprenticeships.
• Develop and nurture your team, carrying out regular performance reviews and ensuring team targets are met and/or/exceeded.
• Support your team with training through their induction, CPD and qualifications (e.g. TAQA, Learning and Skills Mentor etc.) 
• Carry out regular observations of activity, sharing best practice and ongoing support to include one to ones and reviews.
• Ensure all internal & external quality assurance requirements are maintained.
• Drive and promote continuous quality improvement
• Conduct regular standardisation meetings.
• To ensure the timely achievement of learners.
• Update and maintain sampling plans in line with company and awarding organisations requirements.
