Nestled in the beautiful seaside town of Selsey, Caraway House Care Home provides exceptional Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care for up to 70 residents. What You Will Do:
As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred support with daily routines, including personal care, mobility, meals, and social activities. You will encourage independence, promote dignity, and create a safe, friendly, and welcoming home environment for every resident.

What We’re Looking For:

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred, though not essential
• We welcome those new to care who are eager to learn and grow
• A kind, patient, and reliable nature
• A genuine passion for supporting older people and working as part of a team
