Daytime Hours Chef Manager job in near Amersham, Highlights:

• Base Salary of £36,000 - £38,000 based on experience.
• Full time, permanent position.
• Daytime Hours Only, 5 days out of 7
• Usual shift time 8am – 5:30pm
• 28 days paid annual leave.
• CLOSED on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day. Half days on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
• Private medical healthcare worth over £2,000 annually.

Job Overview:

• Taking full responsibility for the restaurant’s P&L performance
• Leading both FOH and BOH teams, including stepping in as chef when needed
• Driving sales, service standards, and profitability
• Recruiting, training, and motivating your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Ensuring compliance, stock control, and labour management are on point
• Acting as the figurehead of the business, engaging with guests and leading by example
