What you’ll do
As a Laundry Attendant, you'll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests and colleagues:
- You will maintain a clean & efficient Laundry service to attain the highest hotel & departmental standards & maximise business profit
- You will provide a professional laundry, pressing, and dry cleaning services to hotel guest & colleagues to consistently meet & exceed expectations
- You will act as a team player & provide effective day to day communication with the colleagues from all departments.
The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Laundry Attendant, but we’ll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.
The operational hours of work are shift-based and may be subjected to change. These currently set as:
- Monday to Sunday: 07:00 - 23:00
What you’ll bring
Essential Skills and Experience
- English is the primary language spoken at our hotel, so our Laundry Attendant must be comfortable communicating in English.
- In our ever-changing environment, we prioritize consistency and relevance, which requires flexibility from our team.
- Experience in handling high-value garments and dry-cleaning is essential, ideally with a background in five-star luxury service.

- Strong communication skills are essential to keep our departments running smoothly, along with a focus on excellent customer service.
