Senior Group and Events Manager

As Senior Group & Events Sales Manager, you’ll be the first contact for many of our clients - managing incoming enquiries with warmth, professionalism, and precision. From that very first call or email, to leading show-rounds and supporting the delivery of extraordinary events, you’ll play a key role in shaping how guests experience Nobu.

The Role:

• Respond to enquiries with a genuine, friendly manner, converting interest into booked events.
• Negotiate contracts and packages to maximise revenue while creating value for clients.
• Build strong relationships, maintaining accurate client records and keeping Business on the Books (BOB) up to date.
• Lead show-rounds and represent Nobu with confidence and style.
• Support, guide, and train team members, stepping in as a key contact in the absence of senior leadership.
• Work closely with the wider hotel team to ensure every group and event reflects Nobu’s signature balance of crafted detail and heartfelt hospitality.

What We’re Looking For

You’re experienced in luxury hospitality sales, with a strong background in groups and events. Naturally warm and approachable, you thrive on building client relationships and have the commercial acumen to negotiate effectively. Organised, proactive, and collaborative, you bring both energy and calm to your role.
