Job Description

The Role
As a Room Attendant, you’ll play a vital part in delivering exceptional guest experiences through immaculate rooms and thoughtful touches. You’ll ensure our lodges are clean, comfortable, and beautifully presented – creating a memorable stay for every guest.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare all lodges to the highest luxury standards
• Replenish amenities and linen with care and attention to detail
• Report maintenance issues promptly
• Support laundry and housekeeping operations where needed
• Work with pride and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure all health, hygiene, and safety procedures are followed

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• A friendly and team-focused attitude
• The ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Previous housekeeping experience in hotels or luxury settings is a plus – but not essential
• A passion for high standards and guest satisfaction
