What you’ll be doing
• Manage and effectively reply to employee queries sent to our central HRSS mailbox, in relation to all aspects of the employee lifecycle
• Prioritise urgent queries and tasks where needed, whilst ensuring a personalised and tailored response, with an aim of first contact resolution
• Be customer centric when responding, applying the relevant process and/or policies to reach accurate and timely solutions
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems, i.e. personal details, employment contracts and benefits data, ensuring we are compliant with GDPR practices
• Handle confidential information with sensitivity and in compliance with data protection regulations
• Administer transactional requests such as new starters, leavers and internal job changes, ensuring all compliance checks are completed, including right to works • Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders, providing feedback on trends, insights and escalations accordingly
• Work in partnership with our Payroll team to ensure the relevant documentation and completing checks are done in line with monthly payroll deadlines
• Manage external reference requests e.g., tenancy, mortgages and new employment references
• Proactively look for ways to continuously improve processes, keeping up to date with relevant changes and suggesting new ways to optimise and streamline our processes
• Support improvement activities and be involved with key projects and continuous improvements with HR processes and ways of working

QUALIFICATION/KEY COMPETANCIES ESSENTIAL
• High attention to detail and the capability to manage a high volume of work while maintaining exceptional standards
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated and a positive approach to HR
DESIRABLE
• Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) tool
• Understanding of HR Processes & Ways of Working
• Previous experience in similar role
