 The Role

 We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver consistently high-quality dishes, taking pride in both tradition and innovation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills in a fresh-food kitchen with a changing menu and a real commitment to provenance

 Key Responsibilities
 • Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard across your section
 • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in running the kitchen smoothly • Work with fresh, seasonal produce and contribute ideas for daily menu changes
 • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards are maintained • Help train and support junior chefs/apprentices as needed • Take ownership of your section, managing prep and service efficiently What We’re Looking For
 • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Commis ready to step up) in a fresh food kitchen
 • Passion for British food and seasonal cooking
 • Knowledge of working with meat, fish, and daily-changing menus is a bonus
 • Ability to stay calm under pressure and work as part of a small, close-knit team 
 • A positive attitude, good communication, and genuine pride in your craft
