Responsabilidades principales del camarero/camarera:

• Apoyar el buen funcionamiento del departamento de alimentos y bebidas, asegurando que todos los aspectos del servicio al huésped se entreguen con los más altos estándares.

• Trabajar en equipo para maximizar la satisfacción y comodidad del huésped, respondiendo de manera positiva y oportuna a sus consultas.

• Asumir responsabilidad en las tareas asignadas, garantizando que se realicen de manera profesional y en tiempo.

• Cumplir con los planes y objetivos del departamento, alcanzando las metas e iniciativas del hotel.

• Colaborar con su superior directo para controlar costos e inventarios, logrando niveles óptimos de productividad y desempeño.

• Construir y mantener relaciones de trabajo efectivas, promoviendo la cultura y los valores de la empresa.

• Asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las normativas, planificando, ejecutando y documentando las mejores prácticas y requisitos legales para auditorías internas y externas, y realizando el seguimiento necesario.

Requisitos para el puesto de camarero/camarera:

• Experiencia en servicio de alimentos y bebidas es un plus, pero no indispensable.

• Enfoque práctico y actitud positiva de “puedo hacerlo”.

• Compromiso con brindar un servicio excepcional y pasión por la industria de la hospitalidad.

• Capacidad para encontrar soluciones creativas y asumir la responsabilidad de las tareas asignadas.

• Integridad personal y habilidad para trabajar en un entorno que exige excelencia.

• Experiencia con sistemas informáticos en diversas plataformas.

• Fuertes habilidades de comunicación.

El hotel también ofrece 3 restaurantes, un lounge junto a la piscina y un bar. La piscina infantil con chorros de agua mantendrá a los más pequeños entretenidos. Las instalaciones deportivas incluyen gimnasio, piscinas, canchas de tenis y un muro de escalada para quienes buscan actividad física. Después de entrenar, los huéspedes pueden relajarse con tratamientos de belleza o spa, o simplemente sentarse en los jardines para despejar la mente.

Key Responsibilities of the Server/Waiter/Waitress:
-Supports the smooth running of the food & beverage department, where all aspects of the guest food & beverage service experience are delivered to the highest levels
-Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries
-Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner
-Delivers on departmental plans and objectives, where hotel initiatives & targets are achieved
-Collaborates with their immediate report, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained
-Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values.
-Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required

Requirements of the Server/Waiter/Waitress:
-Experience in food & beverage service beneficial but not essential
-Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
-Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
-Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned
-Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
-Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
-Strong communication skills
