Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Bread Baker to join our kitchen production team. The ideal candidate will have a love for artisanal baking, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to consistently produce high-quality bread to complement our menu.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, mix, and bake a variety of breads to restaurant standards.

• Maintain high levels of consistency, flavour, and presentation.

• Follow and develop recipes while ensuring creativity and innovation.

• Manage daily production schedules to meet restaurant demand.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health standards.

• Monitor ingredient levels and assist with stock ordering.

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a baker, ideally specialising in bread.

• Knowledge of different doughs, fermentation methods, and baking techniques.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong time-management and organisational skills.

• Flexibility to work early mornings and weekends.

• Passion for quality, craftsmanship, and food.
