An exciting opportunity has emerged for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our company!

You will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance tasks within the Hotel and grounds to ensure the safety of our guests and team and the best presentation of our Hotel.

The ideal Maintenance Manager candidate will have:

·       Extensive maintenance knowledge- advantageous for Part P or other trade qualifications

·       Experience leading a gang or foreman work in construction or similar

·       Great communication and organisation skills- to prioritise workloads and work with colleagues

·       An understanding of Health and Safety requirements and processes

·       A strong understanding of hotel operations would be advantageous
