Through delivering and an excellent and professional level of Health and Fitness services, we aim to develop The Coach House Spa into the leading centre of Health and Wellness in the world.
As a Personal Trainer you will play a key role in developing personal and meaningful relationships with our guests and members.
Our Personal Trainers deliver a range of fitness and wellness classes as well as 1:1 private sessions, working closely with the wellness team, in delivering a range of health services.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering one-on-one or group personal training, and private Yoga/Pilates sessions, to a variety of members and guests.
- Being present on the gym floor during shift, to assist members with any problems or questions as required, ensuring all queries are resolved and followed up to ensure a positive outcome.
- Delivering innovative and interesting studio classes for members and guests.
- Arranging appointments with individuals or groups for one-on-one sessions.
- Accurately plan, write and co-ordinate tailored training programs, for our members and guests.
- Conduct member induction and introduction to the gym and complete all necessary paperwork.
Who you are:
- Passionate about the health and wellbeing industry, with in depth knowledge of anatomy and fitness.
- Proven experience in a similar role, working with a range of clients.
- You will have a Yoga or Pilates qualification and REPs Level 3 qualified or equivalent.
- A team player, who is willing to share their experience and knowledge with the rest of the team.
- A confident communicator, with excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
Shift Pattern:
- This position will consist of 12 hours per week, working any 2 days out of 7.
- The shift times for this position will typically consist of: 07:30-14:00 or 10:00-16:30.
Salary: Competitive plus commission on sessions and retail
