The Role

As a Junior Bartender, you will:

• Support the bar team in preparing and serving drinks to a luxury standard.
• Assist with mise en place, glassware polishing, and ingredient preparation.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organisation throughout service.
• Learn cocktail-making techniques and product knowledge from senior team members.
• Provide water and basic beverage service directly to guests when required.
• Restock fridges, spirits, and garnishes as directed.

The Twenty Two is a luxury lifestyle hotel located on London’s historic Grosvenor Square. Our property, set within a listed Edwardian manor, combines cultural elegance with modern charm. We offer an all-day public restaurant and a private members’ club with 31 bedrooms and suites.

About You

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about excellence and culture. You will have:

• Some previous bar or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential).
• A strong desire to learn and develop in mixology and service.
• A positive, proactive, and team-focused attitude.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high presentation standards.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and late nights.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders in drink preparation and service.
• Maintain the cleanliness of bar stations and service areas.
• Prepare garnishes, juices, and other cocktail ingredients.
• Support with stock rotation and restocking.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Participate in on-the-job training and team briefings.
