The Role
As a Junior Bartender, you will:
- Support the bar team in preparing and serving drinks to a luxury standard.
- Assist with mise en place, glassware polishing, and ingredient preparation.
- Maintain bar cleanliness and organisation throughout service.
- Learn cocktail-making techniques and product knowledge from senior team members.
- Provide water and basic beverage service directly to guests when required.
- Restock fridges, spirits, and garnishes as directed.

About You
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about excellence and culture. You will have:
- Some previous bar or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential).
- A strong desire to learn and develop in mixology and service.
- A positive, proactive, and team-focused attitude.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high presentation standards.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and late nights.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders in drink preparation and service.
- Maintain the cleanliness of bar stations and service areas.
- Prepare garnishes, juices, and other cocktail ingredients.
- Support with stock rotation and restocking.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Participate in on-the-job training and team briefings.
