A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOST TEAM MEMBER AT OUR RESTAURANT

What you'll be doing...

•   Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service, making their experience enjoyable from start to finish.
•   Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas, maintaining an inviting and well-organised dining space.
•   Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards, ensuring a spotless and compliant workspace.
•   Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless service, supporting each other for a smooth operation.
•   Organize seating plan on Open Table before Service
•    Answer the phone with confidence.
•    Communicate guest’s notes and info to managers, chef, servers during service
•    Liaise with the Sales & Events manager for special information, requests, and bookings
•   Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival, using guest name if known and recognizing any regular guests
•   Update Supervisors & Managers on table status – Return Times
•   Run Open Table System

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

•   A friendly, professional approach with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
•   Prior food and beverage service experience is a plus, but we welcome a willingness to learn.
•   Clear communication skills to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.
•   A keen eye for detail, especially in order accuracy and food presentation.
•   Team-focused, ready to jump in and support others to keep service flowing.
•   Flexibility and energy to thrive in a fast-paced setting, handling peak times with ease.
