Floor Supervisor – The Builders Arms, King’s Road, Chelsea

Cubitt House is a collection of eight boutique pubs, restaurants and hotels across Central London, renowned for seasonal menus, stylish interiors and warm, genuine hospitality.

We’re looking for a confident and experienced Floor Supervisor to join the team at The Builders Arms, our much-loved Chelsea pub just off the King’s Road.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

• Lead by example, delivering attentive and welcoming hospitality.

• Support and motivate the team to maintain Cubitt House’s high standards.

• Assist with training, opening/closing procedures and daily organisation.

• Work closely with the management team to maximise guest satisfaction and team performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous supervisory experience in a premium hospitality environment.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

• A hands-on approach and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
