As a Guest Development Manager, you’ll be the connector between our venue and the city’s most influential clients, promoters and tastemakers. You will lead business development initiatives, building strong guest and partner relationships, and delivery high-value bookings and activations that elevate the venue’s reputation and revenue.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build, grow and manage a diverse client base for premium table bookings, private events and brand collaborations.
- Drive proactive outreach to high-value individuals, promoters, agencies and lifestyle partners to increase bookings and revenue.
- Maintain and develop a guest CRM, capturing preferences, behaviours and opportunities for engagement.
- Leverage your network to bring influencers, tastemakers and nightlife trendsetters into the venue.
- Identify and activate business development opportunities across corporate, brand and luxury lifestyle sectors.
- Collaborate with the wider venue marketing, sales and F&B teams to deliver seamless, high-impact guest experiences.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
- Represent the venue at key industry events and maintain a visible presence in relevant social and hospitality circles.
- Ensure all interactions reflect the highest standards of luxury service and discretion.
You are social fluent, commercially driven and thrive in a high-energy, luxury nightlife setting. You bring strong personal credibility, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for the guest experience.
- An established network within nightlife, entertainment or luxury lifestyle sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of the London nightlife scene, including key players and competitor venues.
- Proven success in business development, sales or VIP guest engagement.
- Strong understanding of luxury service standards and guest experience best practices.
- Passionate about nightlife, hospitality and exceeding guest expectations.
- Socially fluent with a strong personal presence in nightlife or luxury hospitality circles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working flexible, late-night hours.
