Assistant Head Sommelier – Upper Floor Restaurant

We are currently looking for an Assistant Head Sommelier to join our Upper Floor Restaurant team.

The responsibilities of the Assistant Head Sommelier are:

• To create a seamless journey & outstanding wine experience for our members 
• Support the Head Sommelier with managing the Sommelier team, ensuring they are trained to Company standard 

• To work well under pressure in a fast pace environment and ensure a high quality service 

The Experience & Qualifications required as Assistant Head Sommelier are:

• Significant experience in a similar position is essential

• Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member’s club advantageous

• Qualified to a WSET L3 preferred 

 The working hours:

• The working hours for this role are on a rota basis with shifts falling between Monday - Saturday.
• The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year
