A waiter/waitress in CÉ LA VI is the frontline representative, this role goes beyond merely taking orders and delivering food and drinks; it involves creating memorable experiences by offering personalized attention, anticipating guests' needs, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.

Responsibilities:

-          Provide attentive and personalized service to guests

-          Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen

-          Follow department steps of service

-          Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously

-          Have a good understanding of all food and beverage items

-          Able to suggestively sell menu items to enhance guest experience

-          Anticipate guest needs and provide recommendations when requested

-          Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Requirements:

-          Experience working in a fast-paced high-end venue.

-          Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
