Are you a passionate and creative culinary leader ready to take the helm in one of Swansea’s leading brunch destinations? The Green Room Bar and Kitchen is looking for an ambitious Head Chef to join our vibrant team and bring fresh, seasonal dishes to life in a welcoming, contemporary setting.

? Location: The Green Room Bar and Kitchen, Swansea
? Job Type: Full-Time
? Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)
? Hours: 40–45 per week, including weekends and some evenings

  ? The Role:

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and inspiring a dedicated kitchen team

• Designing and executing seasonal menus with local, fresh ingredients

• Managing kitchen operations, stock control, and food safety compliance

• Controlling costs and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation

• Working closely with management on events, specials, and future food concepts
