Night Porter - Temporary

Role: Night Porter - TemporaryLocation: TunbridgeSalary / Rate of pay: From £13.68 per hour

Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a popular hotel in the Tunbridge area and seeking a temporary Night Porter to join their team on an immediate basis, starting next week.

What's involved as a Night Porter?

• Perform night audit, ensuring all procedures are completed to the required standards.
• Handling enquiries effectively and efficiently.
• Ensuring company policies and audit procedures are strictly adhered to.
• Ensuring security of the hotel and fire & safety procedures.
• Taking calls and reservations, and other front office duties
• Completing general reception duties
• Cleaning of conference rooms, and public areas (no toilets), light duties
• Preparing and serving room service when necessary
• Assisting in the bar, serving drinks, etc., as and when required

Requirements:

• Flexibility to work on weekends.
• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to work in the UK.
• Available immediately with no prior commitments, including holidays and able to commit for a min. of 4 weeks.
• Opera PMS essential or Cloud would be advantageous
