Chef de Partie

Northumbrian Water are looking to appoint a Chef de partie on an ongoing temporary contract to cover a long term sickness in the team. This role will be based in Kielder.Working hours between 10-am-9pm working 5 days a week.Duties include:

• Assisting in the food preparation process
• Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes
• Preparing vegetables, meats and fish
• Assisting other Chefs
• Helping with deliveries and restocking
• Assisting with stock rotation
• Cleaning stations
• Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.

This role can be flexible and will consider full time or part time hours, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience in the role and have excellent customer service skills.If you are interested in this position please do not hesitate to contact Pertemps on .
