We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to support a young client with complex needs in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.

• Pay: £28.37 per hour
• Hours: 16 per week (Thursdays & Fridays, 08:00–16:00)

About the Role

You’ll be working with a bright and sociable young girl approaching her teens who has complex needs following a brain injury. She is non-verbal and experiences dystonia, sialorrhea, mobility challenges, and visual impairment. Despite these, she is cognitively able and understands both English and German.

She enjoys books, films, animals, art, music, and baking — and thrives on meaningful interaction. Your role will be to support her physically and emotionally, helping her live life to the fullest.

What We’re Looking For

Due to the client's needs, we’re seeking a female Registered Nurse with:

• Strong paediatric experience
• Background in complex care
• Excellent communication skills
• A compassionate, engaging, and patient approach

You’ll need to be confident working independently and collaboratively, with the ability to build a trusting relationship with the client and her family.

Key Responsibilities

• Support with daily routines and use of hoists
• Assist with personal hygiene and mobility
• Administer medication and monitor health
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Maintain accurate care records
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members
