You will bring that same level of refinement and excellence into a Monday–Friday role, ensuring clients, visitors, and staff receive nothing short of five-star hospitality every day.

• Lead and manage a front-of-house and hospitality team, instilling five-star service standards in every interaction.
• Oversee daily operations including reception, meeting rooms, events, and catering services.
• Anticipate client and guest needs, creating seamless and memorable experiences.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to plan events, business functions, and high-profile meetings.
• Uphold meticulous attention to detail in presentation, service, and delivery standards.
• Manage budgets, suppliers, and operational processes, ensuring efficiency without compromising quality.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to deliver consistently exceptional service.

• Proven leadership experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant or five-star luxury hotel environment.
