Barista

As a Barista in our Lounge, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests as well as maintaining a clean and tidy bar:

• Prepare and serve a variety of teas, coffees, and bar menu items to the highest standards.
• Interact with guests in a warm and professional manner; present menus, take orders, and make tailored recommendations.
• Assess guests’ needs and preferences to deliver a personalised and memorable experience.
• Ensure all brewing and bar equipment is functioning correctly, promptly reporting any maintenance issues.
• Provide genuine, attentive, and friendly service in line with Nobu standards.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the full menu, with particular focus on tea, coffee, and bar offerings.
• Take ownership in making decisions that enhance the guest experience and effectively resolve any complaints.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and deliver a crafted, individualised service.
• To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as someone who embodies our values and commitment to our teams.

• Good experience of creating and making Barista related drinks
• Experience in using Micros is advantageous
