Head Chef - Contract Catering Daytime Hours

The role:

• Lead and motivate the kitchen team to deliver fresh, high-quality meals
• Oversee menu planning, stock control, and ordering
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
• Deliver consistency while managing kitchen budgets effectively

• Experienced Head Chef (or strong Sous Chef ready to step up)
• Passionate about fresh food and team leadership
• Strong organisational and communication skills
