As a Leisure Attendant (Part-Time) your main duties and responsibilities will be supporting the overall guest experience in our Health Club through answering guest queries; being knowledgeable about Health and Safety regulations; ensuring our fitness and wet areas are clean and safe and going above and beyond to make sure guests and members leave with a smile!

So, we are looking for someone who has…

• Availability to work 16 hours per week across 2 or 3 shifts, including weekends so having weekend availability is essential
• Experience working as a Fitness Instructor or similar (ideally within a Hotel environment!)
• Fitness Level 2 diploma qualification (desirable)
• A National Lifeguard or Emergency Pool Responder qualification (desirable)
• Knowledge of Health and Safety practices, confident in maintaining a hygienic environment
• Drive to produce results, we work together within the Manchester Deansgate family to continue to provide our guests and members with extremely personal experiences and human connection.
• A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service.
• Overall, you will be willing to work within our team to embrace our service and delight our guests!
