Salad Production Assistant

Salad Production Assistant:

• £12.21 per hour
• Monday – Sunday (5-day shift – 40 hours per week)

We are looking to recruit cooking/salad production assistants to join the rapidly expanding We Prepare business (WSH’s in-house food production business) based at Slough.  WSH is the parent company for leading brands operating in the catering and hospitality sectors.

We Prepare supports WSH’s teams across all these sectors, and in addition works directly with major clients in the airline, travel, and food service sectors, providing a broad range of products and services to clients looking for high quality products.

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Salad Production Assistant to join our busy and friendly team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced food production environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality products.  Having worked in a Food Production area is beneficial although full training will be given.  This is a cold environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cook grains and pasta to specification, ensuring consistency and quality
• Assemble salads and other chilled products according to recipes and portion guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation, following food safety and hygiene standards (full training will be given)
• Support the team with general prep work and production tasks
• Work efficiently to meet daily production targets
