Job Description

Join our vibrant team as a Barista/Hospitality Assistant in the heart of London, United Kingdom! We're looking for a friendly and customer-focused individual to create exceptional experiences for our guests while crafting delicious beverages and providing top-notch service.

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to customer specifications
  • Operate and maintain espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other cafe equipment
  • Take customer orders and process transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Assist in serving light food items as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
  • Restock supplies and assist with inventory management
  • Contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for all customers


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in coffee preparation techniques and espresso machine operation
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Basic skills for inventory management
  • Food Handler's Certificate (preferred)
  • Previous experience as a barista or in hospitality (preferred)
  • Monday to Friday working - No weekends 
  • Legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom
