• Lead and oversee all aspects of culinary production, food quality, menu delivery, and labour efficiency
• Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary team
• Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety, and operational standards
• Collaborate with commercial and menu development teams to bring innovation to the table
• Integrate kitchen technology, improve processes, and manage culinary audits
• Optimise budgets, control labour costs, and maintain premium ingredient standards

About You

• Formally trained Chef (or equivalent experience) with exceptional culinary credentials
• At least 10 years’ industry experience, including 5+ years at Executive Chef level
• Proven success in high-volume food production — inflight catering or manufacturing a plus
• Strong communicator and inspirational leader, skilled at developing people
• Commercially astute, solutions-focused, and driven by innovation and excellence
