Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a five-star front-of-house service to residents and guests during the night

• Manage calls, emails, and in-person queries with professionalism

• Maintain the building's presentation - flagging and reporting any issues

• Liaise with residents, contractors, and the management team

• Assist with audits, health & safety checks, and compliance reporting

• Work in partnership with the on-site security team (you are not responsible for CCTV or patrols)

What We're Looking For:

• Customer-focused mindset - ideally from a luxury residential, hotel, or hospitality background

• Excellent communication skills - face-to-face, over the phone, and via email

• Proactive, reliable, and professional - takes ownership and pride in their work

• Tech-confident - able to use systems and reporting tools effectively

• Presentable and calm under pressure

• Realistic commute to West London - punctuality is essential
