We’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You’ll be responsible for running your section smoothly, supporting the team, and helping deliver exceptional dishes every time.

• Confident managing a section in a busy kitchen environment.
• Calm under pressure with a sharp eye for detail and consistency.
• Passionate about food, flavour and presentation.
• A strong team player who supports others and communicates clearly.
• Experience in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to high standards.
• Takes ownership of prep, service and cleanliness in their area.
• Willing to learn, grow and contribute to a positive kitchen culture.
