What you'll be doing:

As Chef de Partie, you'll help deliver exceptional food experiences at this high-end, retreat-style venue in Dorset. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and presenting consistently high-quality dishes

• Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen environment

• Assisting with training junior chefs and kitchen team members

• Contributing to menu development and seasonal changes
