What you'll be doing as a Sous Chef in Newquay:

• Leading the hot kitchen team, preparing dishes for the site's central B&I estate

• Inventing and developing menus that are aligned with client and customer needs

• Producing high-quality dishes on time to ensure seamless service

• Presenting every plate to 'picture perfect' standards
