HR & Training Co-ordinator

Part Time Role- 20-25 hours per week, £13,500-17500 pa, dependent on experience, FTE to 28k pa.

We have an office based, part-time HR & Training Co-ordinator role within our growing HR Team, just outside Colchester, Essex- supporting 15 Hotels, Hospitality sites and Head Office team, with over 550 team members.

Working alongside HR Advisers and the HR Director you will be an integral part of keeping the wheels turning in the engine room of HR- the employee documentation and records.

We need are looking for an HR & Training Co-ordinator who checks the checklists, can book the training with external and internal schedules, ensure records are loaded efficiently, will chase for that pesky outstanding detail and make sure we're compliant across all bases.

What will you day look like?

* Updating New starter information

* Closing our leaver records and files

* Adding training records and bookings to team

* Ad hoc data entry and report extraction e.g. expiries, changes to roles and verifications, job description checks...

Experience you need?- 

* Confident use of Microsoft Office

* Great on telephone and face to face interaction with colleagues

* Attention to detail

* Data entry and/ or Administration experience

* Focussed and methodical
