As Chef de Partie, you will be working closely with the new Chef Patron and Sous chef to build a new kitchen team of the highest standards. You must have confidence and carry yourself in a professional mannor at all times...whilst enjoing cooking fresh, seasonal produce in a dynamic kitchen envrioment. 

Your tasks will include (but are not necessarily limited to):

• Running your allocated area of the kitchen to a high standard
• Supporting the Chef Patron  and Sous Chef in their daily tasks
• Be involved in the production and service of all food leaving the kitchen.
• Ensuring that the kitchen is kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, accepting and organising deliveries. 
• Adhering to all health and safety and food safety practices particular attention to allergens. 
• Be a positive member of the team and communicate well with others around you.
